Shoulder pain: May be carpal tunnelsyndroem 0median nerve compression , or thoracic outlet ( ulnar nerve) compression , or tendonitis/ bursitis , rarely a tumor or mass compressing nerves like in lung cancer but may be your heart, if it just started tonight and woke you from your sleep go to ER to be evaluated for your heart
