Elbow tendonitis: This is really a tough question. This could be a tendonitis of the elbow, neck problems, etc. You said throbbing wrists (both)? If you are having both sided arm pains, this could come from your neck. If your legs are also hurting, this could implicate an inflammatory arthritis. There are so many different options. If this has been going on for a while or is very bothersome, see a doctor.
