Concerned, yes!: The pain in your behind your knee and calf has many possible causes. You are right to be concerned that it may be related to BCP's and inactivity. While blood clots are relatively uncommon, they are a risk. Call the doc who prescribed this to you today, or go to a clinic, Urgent Care or ER to find out what is going on. You could consider a PRIME consult, as well, to help decide which is best.
