Conflicting thoughts: is more likely the source of the anxiety, not the other way around. You MAY also have some health anxiety. Please see your doctor to make sure all is well and then a mental health professional to learn ways to cope w/anxiety. You are young and working on this already so there is much reason to be hopeful.
