I have healthanxiety, year before i had head injury, consulted doc and took ctscan was normal, i fear i may have a brain damage can it happen year later?

No: The brain injury only happens at the time of injury. Symptoms can persist like headaches, dizziness, balance issues, memory problems, attentional issues. If any of these issues are persisting, then get a neurological evaluation and possible neuropsychological testing.
