Time: Toothpaste did not cause burns. The lesions from acne will take time to heal. Best is to not do anything. If you have money to spare, you may see a dermatologist for treatment. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

Toothpaste: Please do not use toothpaste on your skin, ever. May cause irritation. For best chance of avoiding permanent skin damage see a skin specialist, a dermatologist, for treatment of your acne and the toothpaste irritation..
