Depends...: Fish oil can lower your triglycerides but increase your LDL (both components of cholesterol we look at) if you have issues with your cholesterol talk to your doctor to determine if this is okay for you. Ginger can have several drug interactions and has blood thinning effects, check with your pharmacist on other meds you're taking. If you have any bleeding disorders this may be unsafe for you.
