Depends: If you grow up with the Vegan lifestyle you tend to become well educated in the diversity of intake it will require to stay healthy. If you want to go that route and study up on the lifestyle, it could work out well. It is not as simple as just stopping meats, etc. You must learn how to gain the nutrients/vitamins that are lost when you do. Many enjoy the vegan lifestyle.
