Vegan friendly foods: I commend you for your desire for Good Health. Vegan friendly foods: Oatmeal, Plant Protein smoothie. Collard greens, watercress, kale, arugula, Avocados, peanut butter. Watermelon, Plums, red grapes. Beans and lentils. Nuts, seeds, unsweetened dried fruit, and dark chocolate. Drink Water filled with sliced whole lemons, oranges or grapefruits Be disciplined, be consistent, set small goals.
