Call your doc: I would call the prescribing doc to let them know you're having these symptoms. It's possible you are not tolerating the oral medication or you've had a somewhat delayed side effect to the injection antibiotic. I wouldn't take these symptoms lightly and it's the responsibility of the doc who just treated you. Hope you can get seen in the office this week for more answers and better treatment.
