Many strategies: While extroverts may seem to dominate our world, there are many introverts and it is possible to survive and even thrive as an introvert. Consider working with a counselor- ideally an introverted one. Seeing a classical homeopath may help. Search online for advice- a few good articles: http://www.selfgrowth.com/articles/Dunn32.html http://tinyurl.com/hh74ltk http://tinyurl.com/zju39co Good luck!

Introversion is a: normal and healthy aspect of personality according to Swiss analyst Carl Jung. Introverts often have a rich inner life. They think to talk rather than talking to think, which is what extroverts do. If your introversion is extreme and causing difficulty in function or comfort level consider seeing a mental health profession to learn ways to cope. Yes, you can do well in this world.
