Social or not: You have some people who crave interpersonal interaction and obtain validation and even sustain their mood through the exchange. Then you have some people who shun the glare of the eyes of others and prefer to build a life where either the individual or only a tightly held and deeply trusted few can witness. It can be a continuum and extremes may lead to problems as with anything. Stay safe!
