I have a 7 year old girl and she has been vomiting for 6 days now. other days it gets better. it happens at night when she is sleeping and coughs?

Possible ge reflux: Without more history, it is hard to tell if she has ge reflux, and if that causes her to cough, or if she has asthma or URI, and then severe coughing can cause vomiting or reflux. Avoid eating for 2 hours before bedtime. Avoid caffeine and chocolate. Keep head of bed elevated. Kids with reflux will admit to burping a bad taste occ and cough with exercise or laughing suggests asthma. See you PC
