Swollen tongue: This is a medical emergency since you are at risk for having an airway obstruction due to tongue swelling. Call 911, go to the ER. You likely need medication to stop this allergic reaction. The only alternative is an urgent care center but this depends on how severe your reaction is. This is not a good case for an online medical service.
