Unlikely MI; panic?: It is unlikely you had a heart attack (MI). Dreams can be very vivid, dreams of dying are often very frightening. If you awoke without chest tightness or pain, or heart palpitations, or shortness of breath -- probably scary dream. Do you have family history of heart disease? At your age unlikely, but if you continue to worry - please see your doctor for an EKG and checkup. Good luck!
