Worries me that you: are being evaluated for liver nodules, something which alcohol can actually cause, and your first concern right after finishing the test is whether you can drink alcohol. Please talk fully with your doctor about your alcohol use - how many drinks, how often, for how long a time. If you have other kinds of liver problems, even if your drinking is not problematic, it isn't a good thing to add in.
