No: Flavinoid antioxidants in red wine prevent heart disease. Recently, researchers have found that moderate consumption of red wine with antioxidant resveratrol, prevalent in the skin of red grapes, may inhibits tumor development in some cancers. For women 4oz glass a day of red wine deemed beneficial. Obviously bing drinking is not healthy.

Seems ok: Red wine in moderate amounts like a glass a day is tolerated by one with normal liver function. If you're really concerned have your physician order a battery of liver function tests. You are averaging 3 glasses a day.
