I have been diagnosed with a fatty liver can i drink tonic water ? just 1 can per day i dont drink alcohol!!!!! not gin & tonic only tonic water

In moderation: Tonic water contains a little quinine. Quinine is a drug, used to treat malaria, and has some potential liver toxicity. However, the amount of quinine in most tonic water is usually quite low, although watch out for off-label tonic water. Weight loss is the best treatment for fatty liver. If tonic water in moderation is your worst "vice", you are probably ok.
