Old lady vagina: Without estrogen hormonal support the vagina loses not only its elasticity & moisture, but also a different group of bacteria tend to reside there as well. Hopefully, you are on ERT if your ovaries were removed which can also be supplemented vaginally if needed by your GYN MD. Have him/her also check for a UTI(Urinary tract infection.).
