I had a hysterectomy 18 months ago and went through menopause prior to it. i had intercourse 48 hours ago and 24 hours later i noticed a pinkish discharge when i wipe after urinating. its been 24 hours now. whats going on?

Two main reasons: The pinkish discharge can occur in this situation if there is a vaginal cuff adhesion or stretching injury post intercourse. The vaginal cuff is where the cervix was removed and the vagina closed. This can occur when the vagina has lost estrogen. The other reason is granulation or residual cervical tissue at the vaginal cuff which can be treated by the GYN MD in the office if seen. See one soon.
