Urinary or bowel: Lower abdominal and kidney (flank/mid back) pain is most likely related to either a urinary tract infection (esp if associated burning with urination, increased frequency/urgency) or kidney stone (esp if more severe pain, blood in urine). Constipation can also cause such discomfort. Less likely GYN cause but consider if change in menses or vaginal discharge. See MD if persists.
