RLQ pain: Any blood mucus in stool? Fever? Appetite normal? Concerns that come to mind are ovarian cysts, early inflammatory bowel ( or irritable bowel) and appendicitis. Would follow up today with MD/ doc to get imaging ( ultrasound for ovary / appendicitis or CT for appendicitis if ultrasound is negative and for inflammatory bowel ) and make sure it is not appendicitis,
