Lower abdomen: Discomfort in the lower abdomen without digestive,bowel or urinary symptoms may well be muscular or referred from lower spinal problems. Other possibilities include a hernia or prostate inflammation or congestion. Your physician would have to examine you and order any appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis.
