Go back to the store: When they grind the edges of the lenses to fit in the frames they are supposed to put them on you and mark where th centers of your pupils are. If they even 1 or 2 cm off your eyes will wander to try to look thru the optical center of the lens, not the geometric center of the lens. People are human and errors are made. That is probably the reason. I had to go back 3 x for one fitting once!
