Pathology report: This sounds like a pathology report, possibly from a D&C? Or maybe you had a polypectomy? A pathologist generally will describe the color and amount of the tissue that was removed. This is not a diagnosis--this is just a visual description. What's more important is the actual histology (description of the cells). Endometrium can be follicular vs. luteal phase. Benign vs. malignant. Hyperplasia?
