A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vertigo: There are various causes of vertigo, but I presume you have the common one-benign positional vertigo which often is due to a tiny concretion loose in the inner ear. Often symptoms resolve in a few days. Medications like meclizine can help. Avoid sudden head movements. If symptoms persist some specialists perform head manipulations which can get you back on track.
