had my 1st panic attack a month ago.been having stomach/chest tightness since that.seen dr twice.diagnosed with gerd & muscle cramps.normal aftermath?

Panic and GERD: If the panic attacks have continued please see a mental health professional who works w/treating them. Please do what doc says but consider taking a natural supplement called DGL, a licorice product that helps GERD. Peace and good health.
