The drug or the Dx?: Wish your mother and yourself the best of health, I didn't get exactly your concern: the diagnosis is complex, and hopefully she'll be cured, the clexane is an anticoagulant (blood thinner) that's given to patients who have had thrombosis or to prevent formation of other ones.
