Reflux?: See ENT or internist to rule out a severe case of gastroesophaheal reflux which can be asymptomatic except for recurrent bouts of sore throat. Heartburns, slow digestion, and bloating may be hints pointing to the diagnosis. A throat exam can tell you if the problem is reflux. Otherwise get checked for strep
