Obesity: You are likely to have so much chub over the genital area you would not be able to notice a change if it happened. The change is subtile and starts when peanut sized testicals grow to giant olive size. Your penile shaft can vary in resting length, usually 4-6 inches or so as an adult. Your regular doc can assess the issue if you want.Trim down & the other structures would appear bigger.
