I am using fluticasone propionate nasal spray for last 4 weeks on ENT prescription cuz I am suffering from maxillary sinitius. I have noticed significant hair fall from head and other parts of body. Is this steroidal spray the reason behind this ??

I don't get any relief from fluticasone sprays in post nasal drip (oral antihistamines work) which means I am steroid non responder. Does it also mean I will be non responsive to oral steroids like prednisolone if ever taken for any medicalcondition?
