It could be...: Athlete's foot... Mainly for the toes. The best otc medication (in my opinion) is lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra. Dilute vinegar soaks are good as well. Dry the inside of your shoes by placing them up-side down over an air return vent at home overnight. If this doesn't make things better in a couple days, see a podiatrist.

Paranychia : This may represent a fungal or bacterial infection. Topical antifungals are often tried along with a topical antibacterial such as polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin). See a dermatologist who may prescribe oral antibiotics if the area becomes increasingly red , painful, or swollen.

Itchy feet: Sorry you have to go thru that :-( you might be suffering from tinea pedis or....Athletes foot. This can affect your nails. This is a very common condition that can cause all sorts of discomfort. Check your nails, & feet to see if they're is discolored, red, flaky, or thickened. A mild topical anti fungal may help or topical steroid cream. If the condition continues ask for a podiatrist.
