May be Scabies: The skin bumps 'sound' like scabies. Since these are treatable after diagnosed by a qualified person, and highly contagious, pl. visit your primary physician sooner than later. Watch other members of your household as they need to be treated simultaneously as well. Feel better, soon

See a dermatologist.: Dyshidrotic eczema? Scabies will itch over most of skin except face and scalp, not limited to fingers/ toes.
