I was at a golf driving range and got a blister on my hand from the club its on the finger and takes up the entire muddle it's on palm side and when i clench my hand or finger it sketches its already split and itches what do i do and look out for?

Obviously you'll have to give up golf for a while. Don't purposely pop the blister. Wash it gently with soap& water, pat dry, apply an antibacterial ointment and protect the wound with a bandaid. Change it every day or two or if it gets wet or dirty. Increasing pain, redness and/or swelling warrants treatment by a physician for infection.
