Sounds fungal: Fungal infections frequently cause itching and no pain. They can involve the nails and usually make them look abnormal and thickened.

Multiple things: Could be fungus like athlete's foot, contact dermatitis including reactions to things like nail polish, psoriasis, reaction to antibiotics, reaction to infections, etc. Would be best to have it evaluated by health care provider to narrow the list and provide appropriate treatment.
