Very low chance: The chances of you conceiving at this point are exceedingly low. Very few women naturally conceive at the age of 50. Additionally, you had an ablation which wiped out the endometrium (where a pregnancy implants). Also, you no longer get periods. I don't think it would be worth the cost/effort to take Plan B. If you're still curious, you could have your doctor check your estradiol and FSH level
