Probably neither: You probably had an anovulatory cycle which is common after the age of 30. This would cause a delayed or irregular cycle & you may return to your normal cycle soon. If you don't have pregnancy sx, stop checking for now & give it another 2 weeks. Recheck a pregnancy test then if no cycle & consider a visit to your doc if this persists or if pregnancy is desired. I doubt menopause.
