One's own record: One's own vaccination record is the best way to find out all the vaccines one has had. There is no global vaccination record for each person on Earth. Also, records sometimes get lost. If records are missing or incomplete, we just check a patient's blood for immunity against a vaccine-preventable disease. If not immune, the patient can get vaccinated or re-vaccinated. It's no big deal.

Ask for them: Your parents may have your vaccine records or schools you attended. You are old enough that any treating physician may have destroyed the original medical records of your childhood so these would be an alternate. I question what value your quest. Why look for something you could not change and likely does not exist?Time for therapy with an unrelated counselor to explore that issue.
