i am just wondering when do you get ars after hiv infection had oral sex on march 13 went down on a guy and got sick with a cold june 12 am i ok ?

Rare and too late: HIV is very rarely transmitted by oral sex, and unlikely your partner had HIV if not bi or IV drug user. ARS always shows up within 14 days, so your symptoms are too late. ARS can cause sore throat, but usually not other cold symptoms like congestion or cough. All sexually active people need HIV testing from time to time, so maybe do it now when on your mind. But not because of this event.
