HTLV is unlikely: As in my previous reply, HTLV is not known to be transmitted by oral sex. You don't say your symptoms, but apparently you think they are similar to ARS (acute HIV infection). If so, probably your symptoms are not due to any infection at all from that exposure. If related to that event, I would think about an anxiety reaction, not an infection. Almost certainly not HTLV.
