I have been facing so many problems related to my eyes, i have dry eyes too, recently i have noticed a black spot on my iris of left eye, my vision in that eye is getting blurred, pain in that eye, hallucinations in both eyes floaters and flashes too?

Im 20 and i see still black spots(definitely not floaters) along with white flashes in both eyes for 2-3 seconds this is happening for 5 months, got eyes checked by Opthalmologist, he is saying its viterous degeneration, i don't think this is common?
