Hydrate and nose: You have headaches with bad weather, sleeping long periods. You also get headaches from fasting or not drinking. The first recommendation would be to keep hydrated throughout the day. This will minimize the affect of a fast. For the headaches from sleep and weather you should have an evaluatuon by ENT. There may be a obstructive nasal issue.
