Sounds like: Ruptured ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, or urinary tract infection. But abdominal pain can result from literally 100's of causes. Sometimes doctors can't tell without running tests. Some of these causes such as appendicitis require immediate operation, so get to a doctor quickly.
