Last night i started experiencing bad abdominal pain just above the pubic area and left and right sides, very tender to touch still there now?

Sounds like: Ruptured ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, or urinary tract infection. But abdominal pain can result from literally 100's of causes. Sometimes doctors can't tell without running tests. Some of these causes such as appendicitis require immediate operation, so get to a doctor quickly.
