Achilles tendonopath: Use. Boot and NSAID for one week , then advance with cycling only for a week , after which u can start up with treadmill or stair stepper . You should use half inch heel lifts in all of your shoes to reduce force going across your Achilles with each step. Monitor your progress . Reducing activity if pain is increased , stay on consistent use of NSAID for 4-6 weeks

Stop that running: You need to rest the tendon. You have had a lot of treatment but it seems no improvement. Better rest the Achilles. This is your only chance of a full recovery. Be careful for all that stressful exercise can rupture the tendon
