Please see dentist: Please see a dentist as your tooth is likely to be infected. Meanwhile do not take aspirin for pain. Take two ibuprofen 200mg (with food) every 6 hours as needed for pain. Also use a topical numbing dental agent like Anbesol to help with the pain.

Bad combination: Pain from fractured (probably infected) tooth + pain meds are an invitation to an accident. You should not be taking heavy pain meds and driving, it can void your insurance. You don't really have a choice, you need to see a Dentist immediately for emergency care.
