pain in left side of chest after waking up. no pain in arm, neck or jaw. bp 125/85. pulse 80. was sleeping on my left side. pains only when i move. ?

Change position: It could be the way you sleep the position of your arm while sleeping like above your head or on your side where you place one hand under your cheek that will place a pressure against the nerve and cause numbness. It could be the pillow causing pressure on the neck curvature and causing numbness in the chest . Change position and see if it will make any difference if not see A doctor bilsalamah
