Heart conditions that could have a normal ekg? ekg is normal but still have awful symptoms and ruled everything else out.

EKG not the best.: The EKG is simply not the most accurate nor reliable test for cardiac status. Further testing could include stress test, cardio-CRP, cardiac MRI, CTA or catheterization. If the symptoms are there and the EKG is not revealing, further steps can be taken.
