Various: Most often seborrheic dermatitis. May be reaction fro contact with something you are allergic to. Often due to ear drops containing antibiotic. Can be eczema or psoriasis. You will get best result if you consult a dermatologist. Meanwhile you can rub in hydrocortisone cream twice a day.
