Not good: Rapid heart rate, palpitations, chest pain, sweating, dilated pupils, anxiety, agitation, confusion, violent behavior, muscle jerking, tremors, seizure, dark urine. The described muscle cramps maybe due to muscle breakdown and requires medical evaluation. Seek immediate medical attention/ if death ensues which is possible then it feels like nothing.
