Motor Tics?: There is risk of idiosyncratic development of motor tics with most psycho-stimulants. Sometimes the diagnosis for which you have been prescribed the medication needs to be reconsidered. This is a difficult question to answer if the problem is not motor tics. You might want to see a Neuropsychiatrist or a Behavioral Neurologist to get things sorted out. .
